“Good morning Mike and Niall would you like to include any random ideas in this week’s 6:08 am newsletter?”
“I have missed out on the experience of a lockdown and all the deprivations that many have said they have experienced. It’s mainly been a creative opportunity to do things a bit different, adapted to a new normal. And I am a grandfather now, and thinking about perseverance and resilience — and wanting to bless my grandchild and his peers with self-conscious, transparent parents who can both be aware and be forgiving — of themselves. And maybe a final thought — The adult has to hold for the child the potential, the idea that something other than that which you see now can be realised. That thoughts and aspirations make the future — and the more individuals involved with thinking and aspiring the better. And maybe too that both “failure” and “success” are labels, and that all experience is of value.” responded Mike
